Senior Director, Order Management & Collections - (Eagan, MN)

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our worldwide organization of order entry, data governance, billing, and collections. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated results in developing and managing worldwide high performing organizations, delivering results through process optimization, exceeding team objectives and has a high commitment to customer satisfaction (both internally and externally). Primary responsibilities/expectations: Leader of worldwide Order Entry, Data Governance, Billing & Collection team who will manage, train and direct this effort globally. Re-engineer team to become a high-performance organization. Provide a customer focus response team who quickly handles questions, inquiries and disputes on invoices and collections. Implement effective customer escalation procedures and be point of contact for major escalations. Optimize business processes, provide clear written policies and review controls from order receipt through billing and collections.
