Director, Collections & Credit - (Windsor, CT)

The Director of Credit and Collections will define and execute best practice strategies to manage aged receivables and drive down uncollectible expense. This includes directing and managing the credit call centers and optimizing collection outreach activities to achieve targeted goals. These goals should be achieved while recognizing the need to balance customer satisfaction and inbound customer call impacts. Required functions: Direct and execute strategies to manage uncollectible expense, using industry best practice knowledge. Direct and manage Eversource credit call center functions and performance via outsourced partners. This includes ensuring contractual partnership terms are meeting our service level targets and other business needs. Direct and manage collections outreach activity and actions that balance call center impacts and recognize customer satisfaction impacts. Effectively communicate impact of collections outreach activities on the business with key stakeholders.
