Job summary In this role as an Accounting Analyst, you will: Participate in monthly accounting cycle Prepare month end general ledger journal entries for AR, Revenue, COGS, AR, refunds, revenue adjustments, reserves and other related accounts Prepare and upload the AR aging files Communicate with business owners to ensure appropriate details is getting recorded and issues are resolved Responsible for the accurate preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis Responsible for various Sarbanes-Oxley controls and ensuring that those controls are operating effectively and taking place at the appropriate time intervals, consistent with internal documentation Research and prepare reports for the internal and external audit Prepare ad hoc reports for management and for other departments Assist with establishing and updating accounting policies and procedures Expertise to take initiative in making sure work is completed on time and issues are resolved timely Assist Senior
