Senior Lean Consultant - Sutter Improvement System - (Antioch, CA)

The Senior Lean Consultant is a key resource for driving a Lean-based management system across the organization. The incumbent will be part of a team responsible for teaching and coaching administrators, clinicians and front line staff on the application of Lean to solve organizational problems. This position will lead and manage affiliate and/or region-wide value streams and complex program-level initiatives; support the strategy deployment cycle and coaches senior leaders in the development of their Lean leadership competencies. The Senior Lean Consultant leads the development and execution of training and infrastructure for the Lean Promotion Office. Requirements Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent Education/ Background required; Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration or related position from an accredited college or university and Lean certification preferred.
