Strategic Supply Chain Manager - (Everett, WA)

The Strategic Supply Chain Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the Commodity Manager team. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Strategic Supply Chain Manager develops supplier relationships to create supply chain efficiencies that optimize operational performance and meet company profitability objectives. This role is accountable for overall supplier performance to include Quality, Cost, Delivery and Innovation. They support and implement Enterprise Strategic Sourcing initiatives. Strategic Supply Chain Manager develops and executes strategies for all purchased commodities. Main responsibilities Oversees and supports the daily operations of the Commodity Manager team as well as providing inputs to performance evaluations and hire/ fire decisions Support the development of strategies per commodity with action plans based on supplier segmentation, business qualifications, market surveys, and benchmarking Develop and manage an approved supplier list for value streams
