Maintenance Technician - (Concord, NH)

Hodges Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Hodges Company has over 45yrs of involvement with both commercial and residential properties. The Maintenance Technician will: Maintain and upkeep all assigned properties Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Perform regular preventive maintenance in both a residential and commercial capacity Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Snow removal operations are required, this includes but is not limited to shoveling, snow blowing, plowing, salting, sanding, etc.
