Sales Director - HVAC & Building / Construction - (Evansville, IN)

The Sales Director is responsible for managing a national sales team of nineteen Manufacturing Rep Agencies and a National Accounts Manager for the HVAC tape business, while strengthening relationships and industry presence. Primary goal is to preserve and organically grow current base business and to secure new customers in the HVAC segment. Family of products include, but not limited to industry tapes used in joining and sealing duct work for residential and light commercial construction, along with ancillary products. Performance measured on achieving HVAC revenue growth and Tapes EBITDA goals year over year. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take full ownership of the HVAC business segment; act as the Leader at all times. Develop growth strategy and execution plans to achieve revenue and EBITDA goals. Lead internal Berry team and external sales force to execute on vision and growth initiatives. Negotiate at a high-level with Buying Groups and National accounts for a winning position for Berry.
