TRC Staffing has five immediate openings for Customer Care Agents in Batavia, IL working with Advanced Disposal in their high volume customer contact center. As Advanced Disposal's business continues to grow, they rely heavily on their Customer Care Agents to deliver world class customer service to their customers every time, every day. Typical call types include but are not limited to: resolving service interruptions, answering billing questions, offering new and existing customers a variety of products and services.
