Talent Acquisition Marketing Director - (Nashville, TN)

OVERVIEW The Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing Director will lead the TA Marketing team and be responsible for designing and executing on the Talent Acquisition Marketing Strategy for Wellpath. This strategy will be focused on identifying, engaging and attracting high-quality talent for Wellpath. This will include developing and promoting a compelling employee value proposition, building employment brand awareness, developing our applicant relationship management strategy for key roles, determining the mix of marketing vendors/technology to best advertise Wellpath employment opportunities amongst other TA Marketing functions REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree) preferred EXPERIENCE: 5 yrs of experience designing and executing on TA Marketing strategy for a multi-market
