Assistant General Manager - Sales - (Bethesda, MD)

Summary Objective: The Assistant General Manager, along with the General Manager, leads and manages membership sales generation and ensures all club operations are consistent with US Fitness standards. The Assistant General Manager also recruits, hires, and trains new membership consultants, as well as manages, motivates, and trains existing membership consultants. Assistant General Managers also may lead and manage another department such as housekeeping or front desk and will assist the General Manager in all club operations.
