Elementary Fine Arts Teacher - (Midland, TX)

Midland Independent School district is looking to hire a Full-time Elementary Fine Arts Teacher at the following locations: District Wide/Midland ISD EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university Valid Texas teaching certificate BACKGROUND: Student Teaching, approved internship or approved Alternative Teacher Certification Program Supervise assigned teacher assistant(s), if applicable. POSITION FUNCTION/PURPOSE: Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for Intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. QUALIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS: Be eligible for the appropriate Probationary Certificate through a TEA approved Teacher Certification Program. Knowledge of subjects assigned. General knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
