Restaurant Manager - (Ellicott City, MD)

Job summary RegionAle in Ellicott City is expanding to another location in Baltimore. We are currently looking to hire a General Manager to take over most of the operations at the current Ellicott City location. We are looking for someone to work 4-5 days a week between 40-60 hours per week. Restaurant managerial background will be required. The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The General Manager reports to the owner of RegionAle. General Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance. Financial Adhere to workplace standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
