Night Shift - HR Generalist - (San Antonio, TX)

The Night Shift HR Generalist role is responsible for managing a variety of employee relations activities across various San Antonio area locations. This position will be expected to partner with leaders and manage challenging employee relations situations ranging from performance management to investigations. This role will require autonomous thought and decision making abilities to meet the needs of the overnight employee population.
