HR Generalist (II) - (Warrenville, IL)

Symbria is seeking an Intermediate-level Human Resources (HR) Generalist to help execute the vision of the department, be a primary day-to-day employee contact, and provide HR Generalist support to the company for a variety of tasks, projects and programs. This is a NEW position added to help support our growing team. Working under the direction of the HR leadership team, the HR Generalist is proactive and partners with all levels to support employee and business needs. The perfect candidate will have 2 or more years of background in the HR field as a Generalist, or any similar combination of education; background with employee relations is a must .
