Design, implement and support Cisco LANs, WANs, security, voice and wireless networks for customers. Analyze, design, assess and create or modify networks. Gather qualifications, analyze and build high-level architecture diagrams, develop low level design document, build project plans and ensure delivery per architecture and plans. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routers, switches, phone systems, firewalls, and wireless networks. Support existing customer installations. Perform configuration changes on the customer systems per customer qualifications. Prepare and present info to the customer in written and face-to-face presentation format.
