Quality Review/Audit Sr Assoc - (Scranton, PA)

Major Duties and responsibilities:• Conduct daily quality review through potential call monitoring and multiple system reviews to ensure appropriate processes are met within individual products• Listen-Audit to/assess work randomly to ensure established standards are being met• Follow auditing and quality controls for scoring audits and maintaining audit records• Ensure adherence to the appropriate compliance standards and regulatory guidelines• Analyzing data using tools such as Ms excel or MS Access to identify trends and in summary of data• Working with matrix partners to find solutions for quality administration of vendor business• Proactively identifying customer needs and solutions• Identify gaps in processes• May coordinate and assist with projects for process improvements• Creating strong working relationships with matrix partners
