The Commercial Controller – Abrasives NAM will work directly with the VP of Sales and Marketing and Channel Managers to execute the sales and marketing strategy for Abrasives North America and will be responsible to support sales growth strategies and deliver profitability in line with business expectations. This will be achieved through the development of strategic plans for the region. The incumbent will work with the VP Sales and Marketing and Finance Director to ensure the efficient execution of plans and actions to achieve the company’s growth and profitability goals, while ensuring all company policies and external regulations are achieved.
