Security Administrator - (Jackson, MS)

The Security Administrator assists in planning and implementing security measures to protect the Company’s computer systems, networks and data. The Security Administrator establishes and maintains user’s access to all networks and info systems. This position is also responsible for preventing data loss and service interruptions by researching new technologies that will effectively protect a network. This position administers our Security Awareness program. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer info systems or related position, OR 5 yrs of info technology related skills · 2 Yrs’ background in an Details Technology or Info Security role · Working understanding of security software, computer network systems and databases · Current expertise of mainfrane security and resource access control facility (RACF) · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Technology · Excellent analytical skills · Must be detail oriented · Must have excellent analytical skills · Superior written and spoken communication expertise
