K ids Overcoming is looking for a dynamic scheduler to join our KOI team What You’ll Do: Under the direction of the Clinical Directors, the Scheduling Coordinator ensures our clients receive the best care possible consistent with their recommended treatment guidelines. Your primary focus will be effectively scheduling all of our home and clinic-based appointments to ensure contract compliance, consistent with clinical recommendations, and family and staff availability, which is both critical to the role and very exciting You’ll prepare weekly reports for management, including existing caseload assignments and program capacity reporting, and conduct monthly scheduling planning meetings with senior clinical team.
