Senior Scheduler - (Chattanooga, TN)

Position details: Provide scheduling support on identified aircraft to develop a project schedule with related milestones including pre-arrival, work in progress, delivery and customer follow-up. Build, maintain and update project schedules based on lead-time, down-time, customer changes and production feedback. Coordinate with Planning, Project Management, Production, Engineering and Quality for daily project status to ensure the project is on-track for a timely delivery. Facilitate daily Site Schedule meetings to update tasks, identify impediments to the schedule and record resolutions. Maintain the Capacity Schedule for sales slot plan and manpower purposes. Essential Job Functions: 1) Under minimal supervision create and maintain aircraft specific schedules using templates and info from Planning and SOFs (Aircraft Service Order Forms). 2) Review the signed quote to identify and layout the schedule milestones for Maintenance, Avionics, Interiors, and Paint for the allotted lead-time and down-time.
