Application Engineering Manager - (Kansas City, MO)

Job summary: Oversees the Application Engineering team, customer service team, order entry team, and specification engineering team to meet customer expectations for service and support while working closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure that products are built to the highest standards with respect to product design specifications and overall performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates and leads efforts between field sales, application engineering, order entry, product engineering, and operations to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Partners with Sales leaders to understand customer qualifications and leads functional teams to meet customer commitments. Customer 1st mindset- Make it easy for customers to do business with Pentair and are tenacious about meeting customer commitments. Manage the activities of the department to establish standard work and identify needs within the department to maintain peak levels of productivity and ensure deliverables are met.
