Process Engineer Description In this role, you will work together with functional departments to stabilize processes, maintain and improve both the machine acceptance process and process acceptance procedures. You will also establish and implement work instructions, and confirm specifications and quality requirements. Creates and optimizes process related documents, performance reports and guidelines Create process documentation, work instructions, training relevant material and train the trainer Leads operations in structured issue solving Ensures compliance with all OHSA & EHS Defines process to maximize efficiency and productivity Guides and coaches teammates to ensure adherence to all processes & procedures Implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / work off and increase stability
