Employment and Litigation Paralegal - (Louisville, KY)

We are recruiting for an Employment and Litigation Paralegal to join our Law Department in Louisville, Kentucky. Summary: Provides legal services coordination and support for Employment Counsel on all matters as needed. Required functions: Provides litigation support to employment counsel developing and maintaining files and reports, collecting and organizing documents for production, drafting and coordinating responses to interrogatories and requests for admission and interviewing company witnesses under the direction of employment counsel. Provides investigation support on Administrative fees, petitions, audits and claims from various governmental agencies, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Labor, State Departments of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; state civil rights and unemployment board agencies, under the direction of counsel. Responds to records requests and subpoenas for employee records according to applicable state law.
