Senior Litigation Paralegal - (Greenwood Village, CO)

Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO, the Senior Litigation Paralegal provides support to the company’s Litigation Manager and in-house and external attorneys responsible for litigation and employment advice and counsel functions. Support functions include coordinating and drafting legal holds, responding to info requests and 3rd party subpoenas; maintaining case management and e-discovery applications; calendaring, tracking and ensuring deadlines are timely achieved; working collaboratively with internal business partners to identify and locate info necessary for litigation; factual investigation and discovery preparation; and coordinating with outside counsel on administrative agency filings and litigation pleadings.
