Senior People Services (Human Resources) Consultant - (Lincoln, NE)

Overview To provide a wide spectrum of strategic & tactical HR consultation and support that is aligned with the strategy of the company. Specifically, this role in a matrixed relationship, is to act as a business partner to all levels of division management in the planning, development and delivery of associate programs and activities that support the business strategy, to provide ongoing support, advice and guidance to division management with regards to all aspects of People Services policies and practices, to consult with HR specialists in the development of new policies, practices and programs, and to be the central point of contact for employee relations matters for assigned business segments. These openings will be located in the Lincoln, Nebraska office.
