$20 - $25 an hour A Lead Packaging Operating Mechanic is needed to assist a pharmaceutical / nutraceutical manufacturing facility's packaging area with packaging machinery compliance, maintenance and updating Standard Operating Procedures related to the packaging operation. The ideal candidate should have 3-5yrs of background in packaging with supervisory background in the pharmaceutical industry and 1 + years of background as a Supervisor (supervising packaging group leaders) a BA/BS Degree, or supervisory background in the packaging of pharmaceutical products may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Additional job qualifications include participating in the training of packaging personnel, supporting packaging managers in efforts to monitor employee productivity and to ensure that all equipment is being operated to standard operating procedures.
