Lead Analyst - Corporate Applications - (Orange, CT)

POSITION SUMMARY: This position with limited supervision identifies critical business and technical qualifications, plans, develops(programming & configuration), implements and tests various technology systems/solutions. Acts as a lead toestablish priorities consistent with business needs and goals. Serves as a technical consultant and advisor to ITmanagement and the business community for various systems. Provide technical ability and support forcomplex technical problems. Focuses on understanding customer needs and meeting SLA's, assessing initial project qualifications and providingon-going IT guidance. Responsible to define and deliver the IT Applications Roadmap in conjunction with the designated Business AreaCoordinator, aligned with Business Strategy, Objectives and Priorities. Through a team approach, links thebusiness needs with value-added services and IT technology strategy.
