Position details: Manages various programs and projects on behalf of the Affiliates of AVANGRID with objectives of timely and costeffective completion. MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides leadership on various programs and projects for Customer Service and represent affiliates ofAVANGRID Service Company before various governmental and/or regulatory entities in matters related incompliance with regulatory directives.2. Prepares plans and budgets for programs and projects. Monitors progress against plans and reports to seniormanagement.3. Coordinates efforts of cross-functional project teams. Holds regular program/project status meetings. Deliverson-time, on budget results.4. Is the lead team player with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides ability and immediacyof decision making. Holds project teammates accountable for results.5. Effectively communicates with executives for decision making outside of day-to-day program/project teamactivities.6.
