Shipping & Receiving Clerk • Description: • This position necessitates an individual with the expertise to perform multiple tasks within the shipping and receiving function, including shipping and receiving of all materials. This position also requires customer order processing and inventory management for in process and finished goods. • Duties: • Physically unload and perform visual inspection of inbound/outbound freight. • Receive raw materials • Assign lot numbers to incoming materials and submit it to QC for incoming inspection • Perform data entry for all materials in ERP (Medtrack) system • Prepare and affix appropriate documentation to cartons and packages. • Manipulate computer terminal to generate shipping labels, File import documents and distribute copies to appropriate personnel • Generate commercial invoice for international shipments • Maintain inventory of supplies and finished good • Receive orders from Sales Reps and Doctors for finished goods product.
