Project Superintendent - Grand Rapids MI - (Grand Rapids, MI)

Looking for an exciting and rewarding career in commercial construction? We're seeking Project Superintendent applicants for construction projects in our Grand Rapids Michigan region. To be considered for this position, applicants should have progressive background in skilled trades and/or a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related position, 5 to ten years of background in the construction industry, and have a passion for team-based planning and problem-solving and wholehearted commitment to building strong partnerships to support project goals. Applicants with background in the healthcare market are preferred. As a leader for the construction project team, responsibilities include creating a safe workplace environment, organizing site logistics, establishing a work pace that achieves schedule commitments, assuring construction quality, and monitoring and tracking project progress and risks.
