Direct Mail Production Manager - (Lakewood, WA)

We're looking for an energetic, solution-oriented, hands-on, Direct Mail Production Lead to join our team. The person will possess the knowledge, understanding and proficiency that spans across all aspects of direct mail, including printing, lettershop operations, and the USPS DMM. Our perfect applicant is someone who has a commanding knowledge of the direct mail industry, is detail oriented, and superior communication expertise. The Direct Mail Lead will oversee the Mail Data team. Manage a high volume of complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Process / import / cleanse customer data files in varying formats such as Microsoft excel, CSV, Comma Delimited using the required mailing software Receive mailing list(s) from customer and preflight to check for usability Inspect, format and correct (if necessary) customer provided mailing lists, by identifying and removing duplicate records and records with a low chance of USPS deliverability
