Quarterback to the overall client background and relationship. Brand Ambassador for Columbia Bank. Service Level Guardian. Solicits new loan, deposit and treasury management, Columbia Bank Financial and Columbia Bank Trust relationships. Focuses on developing and managing client relationships and developing new business. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify new loon, deposit treasury management, Columbia Bank Financial and Columbia Bank Trust opportunities and track market pipeline Formalize a strong network of referral sources and create ways to enhance those relationships Develop and manage new and existing business relationships Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers and Lending teams to ensure seamless marketing efforts Actively participate in community events/organizations Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers to ensure exceptional client service Foster synergy between departments and each of the markets to ensure that banking solutions meet client needs
