Report directly to the Operations Manager. Manage, develop and improve the Quality Department for the facility, driving quality improvements, managing the ISO-9000 and TS-16949 transition and documentation, and Internal/External Quality. Audit Systems and Quality Department. Provide a safe working atmosphere for all in the department and enable professional growth. Lead a team of Quality Control, and Quality Assurance technicians and professionals to ensure the business is achieving its quality goals and improvement plans. Direct the business technical strategy in support of market and product development and plays a major role in shaping business strategy and developing policy across the organization. Facilitate decision making processes in the development of the business plan and critical operational issues .
