Systems Quality Assurance Analyst - (Cleveland, OH)

Purpose: Aid in the modernization of Quadax’s suite of revenue cycle management applications. Essential responsibilities: Define testing methods and create test plans for application enhancement and modernization projects. Ensure that software adheres to workplace standards. Work with the customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify test cases. Work with application developers to fix and problems discovered. Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT teammates. Other duties as assigned. Education/Background: Bachelor’s degree or advanced college diploma. Background working on project teams. Background in planning, managing, and preforming software tests. Background using Agile SDLC a plus. Background with automated testing a plus. Background with Microsoft testing tools a plus. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus. Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong issue solving abilities. Expertise to maintain confidentiality.
