Virtusa is looking for a full time employee for QA Test Lead with Big Data background for our Insurance client at Clinton, NJ QA ndash EDM Test Lead Roles Responsibilities Establish and evolve formal QA processes (Test Plan, Test Strategy), ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices in the project. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met in the project. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally in the project. Lead and mentor QA teammates, as well as manage outside contract testers in the project. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) in the project.
