Min of ten yearsrsquo experience is a Senior Lead role on high profile projects. 3. Outstanding written and spoken communication expertise 4. Experience building, implementing and managing formal QA processes 5. Self-starter 6. Expertise to keep their Emotional Intelligence in check at all times no matter the situation 7. Expertise to recognize when to escalate issues 8. Extremely professional with the expertise to communicate to all level of resources 9. Technical aptitude 10. Hands on when need be 11. Expertise to accept and follow work direction from another lead if necessary for any given project.
