Part-Time Maintenance/Janitorial - (Hagerstown, MD)

Part time Maintenance/Janitorial Herald-Mail Media has an opening for a part time Maintenance/Janitorial position in its downtown Hagerstown office.The position will be scheduled to work 28 hours per week, covering 4 shifts. Critical functions will include: Mowing grounds & caring for landscape Removing snow & ice Emptying trash & recycled materials Stocking empty supplies throughout the building Maintain building by changing filters, repairing broken items, changing light bulbs, etc. Maintain inventory of cleaning & restroom supplies Other duties as assigned A Driver's License with a proven driving history and reliable transportation are required. Certifications in hand truck/forklift operation are preferred, but not required.
