Buyer, Fragrance - Bolingbrook/Chicago - (Bolingbrook, IL)

The Buyer is responsible for managing department strategy to maximize sales and profitability. They execute the strategy of specified categories within their department. This position develops financial plans, merchandise assortments, marketing strategies and plans for in-store execution in conjunction with the category management team. They will meet their sales plans and objectives through development of focused merchandising assortments, marketing and pricing strategies, vendor negotiations and merchandising management. As a part of a category management team this position works closely with Management, Replenishment, Marketing and Finance teams.
