PRODUCTION MANAGER MILLING - Sponsorship and visa transfers are not available RESPONSIBILITIES: - Establish a culture of engagement and set the strategic direction for the team. - US Microsoft excel to manage budgets, track KPIs, do data analysis, manage schedules, manage performance, inventory and deliveries - Ensures all guidelines of GMPs, allergen programs, FDA, USDA standards, the Environmental Control Act and OSHA standards are in compliance. - Well established foods manufacturing facility has a need for a Production Manager at their Milling facility - BA/BS degree or equivalent of 2+ years of feed mill background - Strategic involvement with leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma and similar principles - Background with following guidelines is preferred: ISO, SQF, AIB or USDA - Responsible for ensuring employee productivity, facility safety, and maintenance activities while working in conjunction with other managers and supervisors QUALIFICATIONS:
