Job Description: Position overview Works in close collaboration with the Senior Director, NA Purchasing to provide purchasing support to North American teams for Research & Development and Medical Affairs, in North America. Critical functions Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Implements the procurement process according to the global purchasing policy and purchasing best practice Analyzes spend and budget to identify Procurement opportunities with Business Partners Works in close collaboration with Business Partners to get a clear understanding of business needs, to determine the appropriate Purchasing strategy, to source vendors, and to ensure the consistency between the technical specifications, vendor proposals, and contractual documents.
