Essential Position qualifications * Balances and works to continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. * Ensures strict adherence to safety policies and procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations. Regularly conducts or participates in safety audits and training meetings. Documents completion of job and safety training required. Tracks quarterly Safety Bonus qualifications. Monitors and maintains an organized, clean and safe workplace atmosphere. * Responsible for quality assurance and control of finished goods. Monitors material quality throughout production. Ensures adherence to product specifications.
