Child and Adolescent Residential Clinician - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Part-time Clinical Staff position within the Child/Adolescent Diversion and Acute Stabilization (DAS) Residential Program. Providing counseling and behavioral support through the use of psycho-educational groups and milieu maintenance with children and adolescents in a residential setting, including goal and objective reviews, socialization activities, assisting with daily living skills and providing individual and crisis prevention/management interventions (expertise to complete physical restraints/Holds, involving kneeling, sitting and standing). Residents are monitored per their individualized safety plans. This position completes Clinical Evaluations and Assessments, UCM tasks (completes insurance Per-Certs for consumers entering the program), assists with Social Work tasks (including individual and family therapy, case management, attends and participates in treatment teams) and completes and works front line duties as needed.
