Must have a valid NC Cosmetology License Provide quality haircuts using Supercuts technique Must pass Hair Stylists Academy (HSA) and Color certification class offered by Supercuts Proficient and comfortable with all approved tools Maintains a professional appearance Has minimal hair cut adjustments Conscience of tardiness and absences Perform receptionist duties when receptionist is unavailable Strong customer service skills Must be a team member Attend all required technical training classes Able to see what a change of stye will look like on a guest
