Customer Service- Laboratory- Fairfield, NJ - (Fairfield, NJ)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in conjunction with sales and operations and other client services staff to achieve client deliverablesSPECIFICALLY THESE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO: Pursue each outstanding client need (open quotations, service requests, etc.) until closed. Identify and respond to client inquiries/needs via phone and email. Process paperwork for new client set up. Notify client of missing paperwork or prepayment. Notify Sales, Account Management Team and Clients of service delivery delays. Work in conjunction with Account Management Team for on boarding of vendors to Program Accounts. Receive client complaints and process in VOC (Voice of Customer) in Sharepoint. Escalate as needed. Support collection efforts to meet DSO targets May visit accounts as needed and in conjunction with sales or key account managers if required Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.PROFILE: Creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to solve customer qualifications and expectations
