SHIFT: first and second shift flex. 5 8-hour shifts and every other weekend and every other holiday. KEY SKILLS: MT or MLT - ASCP or AMT certified. Must have an associate's degree in MLT or bachelor's degree in Medical Technology. Must have at least five years of background in a hospital setting. This position is for a 326 bed level II trauma center and certified stroke center. Hospital laboratory that is open 24/7. Requires the expertise to multitask. Must have excellent attention to detail and follow the guidelines set by CAP and the OhioHealth Laboratory System. Great customer service a must.
