Assistant Professor of Clinical Family & Community Medicine - Springfi - (Springfield, IL)

The Southern Illinois University Center for Family Medicine is seeking interested individuals to fill a faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. This position will provide clinical duties within the federally qualified health center located in Springfield and Taylorville, IL. Teaching opportunities will include working with medical students, physician assistant students and family medicine residents through the SIU School of Medicine. Qualified applicants must possess an MD or DO degree, must have graduated from an accredited residency training program and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine at time of hire. Preference will be given to candidates who want to practice full scope family medicine. The practice of inpatient medicine is required. Competitive pay and fringe benefits.
