Foundry Engineer - (Attica, IN)

Harrison Steel is hiring a Foundry Engineer, with 7 or more years of background within metals manufacturing. The Foundry Engineer evaluates existing work processes and configures new manufacturing methods within our production facility. We prefer a completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related position from a four-year college or university. Individuals with an Associate's Degree in Engineering, or a related position, with significant industrial background will be considered. Advanced current expertise of Excel and PowerPoint is required. The individual should be familiar with preparation and creation of sand molds and cores, sand testing, melting and pouring of molten metal, and the shakeout process. The individual works within all units responsible for these duties and overall Foundry production. The individual also must possess genuine expertise to work with people, and must perform well under pressure, on a regular basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
