Ad Victoriam Solutions is looking for an innovative Sr. Salesforce Consultant to join our rapidly growing passionate team. As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant at Ad Victoriam Solutions, you will engage directly with customers, face-to-face, to understand their needs, design custom solutions, and develop and implement real-world solutions. A Sr. Salesforce Consultant conducts successful client engagements and completes projects on-time and within budget hours. The Sr. Salesforce Consultant will manage a team of Junior to Mid-Level analysts and consultants as well as provide mentoring, as needed. Day to Day Duties Architect and deliver unique and effective Salesforce solutions. Join and lead client facing discovery sessions. Expertise to lead client projects and internal teams. Mentor Junior teammates and train/guide them on best practices. Interact directly with clients and the Ad Victoriam team, including consultants, architects, and sales to ensure customer success.
