Experienced Service Technician - (Concord, CA)

Description: Job overview: Provide repair, replacement, installation, inspection and maintenance service for all company alarm systems. Job responsibilities: ? Establish positive contact with customer. ? Investigate the cause of alarm malfunction. ? Explain service to customer. ? Service system in a timely manner and to workplace standards. ? Process necessary documentation. ? Provide field direction and training to Service Technicians Level I. ? All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Requirements: ? Level II: 1-2yrs alarm installation or service requirements required. Completion of the Company Installation Class preferred. Basic knowledge of electronic theory required. ? Level III: 3-5 yrs alarm installation or service experience desired. Expertise to program, test, inspect, and install all major company products including FBI, DMP, ADEMCO, CCTV and RADIONICS systems. Basic knowledge of construction and electrical wiring required.
