Mobile Scanning Technician - GeminiThe Mobile Scanning Technician (known as a --??Field Agent--??) is responsible for delivering requests (subpoenas), retrieving, and returning confidential business records in an assigned territory in compliance with HIPAA and all other state and federal document security regulations. Site locations are comprised of hospitals, medical facilities, or any other records location. All equipment and supplies necessary to perform work duties, including a car, are provided by the company. An average route will consist of eight hours per day, five days a week depending on workload.Maintain route calendar and keep scheduled appointmentsReview records for completeness, accuracy and complianceBuild & maintain good relationships with records locationsStrong organization, time-management, and attention to detail skillsProperly operate & maintain all company provided equipmentAdherence to all company policies & proceduresWorking knowledge of the operation of a personal computer
